Social Media Manager

The role

We want one in-house person to own our social media from start to finish: planning, creating, posting and growing it. You'll work directly with the founder to build a page that feels elevated, feminine and modern, and that gets enquiries, not just likes.

What you'll do

• Plan the monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest

• Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and carousels

• Design posters, flyers, carousels and other creatives

• Keep the page's look consistent: colours, fonts, grid, editing style

• Shoot and edit Reels and behind-the-scenes content at the studio and at weddings

• Write captions and handle comments and DMs where needed

• Run and track Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook)

• Follow beauty and wedding trends and suggest ideas that suit the brand

• Share monthly reports on reach, followers and enquiries

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of social media experience, ideally with beauty, fashion, lifestyle or wedding brands

• A strong eye for aesthetics. Your portfolio is the most important part of your application

• Good with Canva and/or Photoshop, and with a Reels editing app (CapCut, VN, Premiere or similar)

• Basic to intermediate Meta Ads Manager skills

• Good written English. Hindi or Tamil is a plus

• Organised and self-driven, someone who can run the page without daily follow-up
