Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementHandle and manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Create and publish daily social media posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Schedule and monitor social media campaigns.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Content CreationDesign marketing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Create promotional posters, product advertisements, and branding materials.
- Write attractive captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly content.
- Create short videos and reels for product promotions.
- Lead GenerationHandle leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, website inquiries, and social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up.
- Digital MarketingAssist in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Update website content and SEO blogs.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
- Customer EngagementReply to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Promote company products and services through online channels.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic Graphic Design skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
- Video Editing skills are an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to create attractive marketing content.
- QualificationAny Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers with strong social media skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing preferred.
