Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Site Execution & Supervision:Supervise daily on-site interior fit-out activities, carpentry work, false ceiling, painting, electrical, and plumbing installations.Ensure all execution strictly adheres to approved 2D/3D design drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and specifications.

* Coordination & Management:Coordinate daily tasks for sub-contractors, carpenters, electricians, and painters.Manage material deliveries, verify quantities received on-site against purchase/work orders, and arrange proper on-site storage.

* Quality & Measurement:Take precise pre-execution site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication or installation.Conduct regular quality checks on materials and final finishing work.

* Reporting & Issue Resolution:Identify and resolve on-site execution hurdles or discrepancies with designers immediately.Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to management

* Safety Compliance:Enforce safety protocols, maintain site cleanliness (housekeeping), and ensure workers use appropriate PPE
