Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily activities at the layout/project site.
- Ensure plots, roads, drainage, and common areas are clean and well maintained.
- Monitor security and prevent unauthorized activities on the property.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for maintenance work.
- Report site progress, maintenance issues, and customer concerns to management.
- Assist customers during site visits and provide basic project information.
- Ensure site signboards, fencing, and amenities are properly maintained.
- Maintain records of site inspections and daily activities.
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at the site.
