Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to handle and supervise flooring and finishing works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily flooring and finishing activities at site

* Coordinate with workers, subcontractors and site engineers

* Check site measurements and work quantities

* Ensure proper tile, granite, marble, Kota, epoxy and other flooring works

* Check levels, alignment, slope, joints and finishing quality

* Monitor material requirements and usage

* Maintain daily site progress and work reports

* Coordinate with clients and engineers during site execution

* Ensure work is completed according to drawings, measurements and instructions

* Identify site issues and report them to the senior engineer

* Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices

Requirements

✅ Diploma / BE / B.Tech Civil preferred

✅ Fresher to 2 years experience

✅ Interest in learning flooring and finishing works

✅ Basic knowledge of construction/site work

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Own bike is mandatory 🏍️

✅ Valid driving licence is mandatory

✅ Willing to travel to different project sites in Chennai

✅ Ready to work in site conditions
