Job Description
Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conducting routine inspections to verify and workmanship meet industry
Site Supervision & Problem Solving: Monitoring daily progress, directing the construction crew, and resolving technical or design anomalies as they arise.
Resource & Material Management: Calculating technical requirements, tracking raw material consumption, ordering stock, and ensuring timely deliveries to minimize project delays.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols, ensuring workers use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and mitigating site hazards.
Documentation: Maintaining daily logs, inspection records, progress reports, and accurately recording any structural changes (as-built drawings).
