Site Engineer

A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising daily fabrication activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role includes coordinating with contractors, welders, fabricators, supervisors, and workers to maintain smooth site operations and timely project completion. A Site Engineer monitors fabrication, welding, erection, and installation activities, conducts site inspections, prepares daily progress reports, manages manpower and materials, and resolves technical issues arising during execution. The position also involves checking measurements, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Knowledge of site supervision, drawing interpretation, quality control, and software such as AutoCAD and MS Excel is commonly required.
