Experience : 4- 8 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising work, ensuring quality and safety, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining progress as per schedule.

Site Engineer - Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide work on site.
• Monitor and manage daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation (daily logs, work progress, quality checks).
• Conduct quality checks and measurements as per company procedures.
• Resolve any on-site issues or technical queries effectively.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to the project manager.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 4-8 years of site supervision experience in residential/commercial building construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and team coordination skills
