1. Execute works as per Architectural, Structural, MEP, Drawings
2. Site Supervision Allocate daily Labour Work & Daily Progress Update.
3. Estimate Quantities & BBS Preparation.
4. Accounts, Materials & Labour Management
5. Client Interaction.
6. Project Timeline Tracking.
7. Following Process & Checklist.
8. Quality & Safety.
