Job Description
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided.
- Introduce the company’s tour packages, offers, and services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads for domestic/international travel packages.
- Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with interested customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Schedule callbacks or appointments for detailed discussions if required.
- Assist the sales team by passing on hot leads.
- Convince customers to book packages or schedule consultations.
- Enter and update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Maintain call logs
- Understand tour itineraries, pricing, seasonal offers, and travel guidelines.
- Stay updated about visa rules, destinations, and travel trends.
- Answer queries politely and professionally.
- Work towards daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
