Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, scheduling property viewings, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective clients.
  • Schedule site visits and property viewings for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior tele sales executives when required.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
  • Experience in real estate telemarketing or property sales is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate products, property investment, and market trends.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently.
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
