Job DescriptionVeltz® Infra is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to handle customer inquiries and lead management from various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities✅ Handle incoming leads from:

• Justdial
• IndiaMART
• TradeIndia
• Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)

✅ Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

✅ Explain company products and services professionally.

✅ Generate quotations and coordinate with the sales team.

✅ Follow up regularly with customers to convert inquiries into sales.

✅ Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel reports.

✅ Respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries promptly.

✅ Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
• Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of building materials industry will be an added advantage.
• Preferred CandidateExperience handling IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and social media leads.
• Telecalling, customer support, or inside sales experience preferred.
