Job Role – OP3 (Lead Analyst)Job Title: Senior Program Analyst – Band A (Solves more complex problems using existing solutions, provides informal guidance to junior staff. Often leads work of project teams. Limited management authority)Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (required)Role Overview:The Lead Analyst role involves handling high-complexity processes and solving advanced operational problems using established solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise, the ability to guide junior team members, and contribute to project deliverables. The individual is expected to demonstrate sound judgment, engage with stakeholders (including clients), and ensure process excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and process high-complexity transactions with accuracy and within defined timelines• Analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions using existing frameworks• Lead or support project-related activities and coordinate work across teams• Provide informal guidance and support to junior staff• Interpret and process data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail• Ensure adherence to standard processes while understanding and managing process variations• Communicate effectively with UK and local management, both verbally and in writing• Address queries, escalate issues when required, and provide clear updates to stakeholders• Ensure quality compliance and contribute to continuous process improvementSkills & Competencies:• Strong ability to handle high-complexity processing tasks• Functional expertise with potential exposure to client interactions• Good analytical and data interpretation skills• Mid-level decision-making ability with reasonable discretion• Experience in people management or team guidance• Working knowledge of Insurance & Reinsurance systems• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder management• Ability to articulate issues clearly and professionally• Capability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
