Senior Manager - Civil Execution
Responsible for leading and supervising construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, safety, and quality standards. The role involves managing contractors, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan, organise, and monitor daily construction activities to achieve project milestones. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. |
Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Safety, and other functional teams at the site. Manage subcontractors and ensure optimum resource utilisation |
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards at the site. Identify risks, issues, and delays and proactively resolve or escalate them. |
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with management. |
Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, tools, and equipment at the site. The Project Controls team in progress measurement and billing. |
