Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage daily team operations, drive performance, mentor team members, and ensure the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead, motivate, and manage the team's daily activities.

 Assign tasks and monitor team performance.

 Track KPIs and ensure target achievement.

 Conduct team meetings and provide regular feedback.

 Resolve team issues and support employee development.

 Coordinate with management and ensure process compliance.

 Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

 Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.  

Qualifications & Skills

 3–5 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role.

 Experience in managing teams and achieving performance targets.

 Knowledge of KPI tracking and team performance management.

 Leadership & Team Management

 Communication & Interpersonal Skills

 Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

 Time Management & Multitasking

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturday – Half Day)
