Job Title:Senior Architect

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural projects from concept to execution while ensuring quality, functionality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Develop project concepts based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural work progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare presentations, BOQ, and project documentation.
• Handle client meetings and provide design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise junior architects and drafting teams when required.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of architectural planning and design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, and MS Office.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials and site execution.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural projects.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong design and project coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
