Sample Tailor

We are looking for an experienced Sample Tailors / Sample Masters to join our team. You will be responsible for stitching garment samples based on patterns, sketches, and tech packs. Your work will help ensure proper fit, construction, and quality before bulk production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStitch sample garments from patterns and technical specifications.
• Prepare first samples, fit samples, and pre production samples.
• Work on various uniform garments such as shirts, pants, coveralls, scrub suits, salwar, kameez, tunics, etc.
• Attend fit sessions and make alterations as required.
• Ensure measurements, stitching quality, and garment finishing meet company standards.
• Identify and report construction or sewing issues before production.
• Work closely with the Pattern Master and Production Team.
• Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Sample Tailor in the garment industry.
• Good knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Ability to stitch garments independently from patterns and tech packs.
• Experience with industrial sewing machines.
• Attention to detail and quality finishing.
