Job Title: Sales Officer – Digital Product Finance Company: Bajaj Finserv Department: Sales / Business Development Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling Bajaj Finserv’s Digital Product Finance solutions to customers at partner stores. The role focuses on customer acquisition and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities  Promote Bajaj Finserv Digital Product Finance (No-Cost EMI, Easy EMI, consumer durable loans, etc.)  Assist customers in understanding EMI offerings, eligibility, and documentation requirements  Generate and convert leads into successful EMI disbursements  Coordinate with partner retailers and digital platforms to drive sales  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets  Ensure accurate KYC collection and data entry through digital systems  Maintain strong relationships with customers and merchant partners  Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and sales processes  Resolve customer queries related to product finance and EMI options Eligibility Criteria  Minimum qualification: Any degree (no standing arrears)  Experience: 0–3 years in sales, finance, banking, NBFC, or consumer durable sales  Freshers with good communication skills can apply Skills & Competencies  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Customer-focused and result-oriented approach  Basic understanding of financial products  Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools Preferred Skills  Experience in consumer finance, NBFC, or retail sales  Knowledge of EMI products, loans, or digital finance Compensation & Benefits  Fixed salary + attractive incentives  Performance-based rewards  Career growth opportunities within Bajaj Finserv  Training and skill development
