Job Description

Position: Sales Executive / Store Associate

Location: Alwarthirunagar ,West Mambalam, Anna Nagar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekend Availability Mandatory)


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Executive / Store Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of our soup outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling cash transactions, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting the overall management of the outlet. The candidate must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak business hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Promote menu items and suggest add-on products to increase sales.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure a positive dining and customer experience.
  • Cash Handling & BillingProcess customer orders and generate bills accurately.
  • Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales and collections.
  • Reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of cash and billing systems.

Store Operations & Management

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure proper display and availability of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Open and close the store as per operational requirements.


Inventory & Reporting

  • Track inventory usage and report shortages or wastage.
  • Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports.
  • Monitor and minimize wastage of products and consumables.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication (Tamil) and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated.


Work Requirements :

  • Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
