Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Water Softener product line through Dealer / Distributor Channel Development and B2C Sales Expansion. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
Dealer / Distributor Network Development
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors within the territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Support dealers with product training, marketing support, and sales guidance.
- Ensure adequate inventory management and order flow through channel partners.
B2C Sales Development
- Generate direct consumer sales through field activities and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer awareness programs.
- Build strong relationships with builders, plumbers, architects, and housing societies.
Market Expansion
- Identify new market segments including:
- Apartments & Villas
- Hotels & Restaurants
- Hospitals & Clinics
- Laundry businesses
- Commercial establishments
