Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can own the revenue pipeline end-to-end; from inbound leads to deal closure, while also bringing structure to our sales process. This role requires someone who can balance client relationship building with execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads (weddings/events/creative services)
• Conduct client consultations (calls/meetings) to understand requirements
• Create and present custom proposals & pricing
• Drive follow-ups and closures with strong negotiation skills
• Maintain and update sales CRM
• Coordinate with operations & delivery teams post-sale
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Build and improve sales processes, scripts, and conversion funnels
• Track key metrics: conversion rate, TAT, deal value, revenue targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably services/events/creative industry)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients and long sales cycles
• Comfortable with targets and performance tracking
• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and negotiation
• Organized and process-driven mindset

Good to Have

Experience in wedding/event industry

Familiarity with CRM tools 

Strong aesthetic sense (helpful for creative pitches)
