Sales Manager – Kanagadhara Credit Management Services (P) Ltd
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years (BFSI/DSA preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Personal Loans,Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Credit Cards, and Insurance products.
• Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
• Develop new sourcing channels, connectors, and business partnerships.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth processing and disbursement.
Desired Profile
✔ Graduate/MBA preferred
✔ Strong team handling and leadership skills
✔ Experience in retail lending or financial services sales
✔ Target-oriented with excellent communication skills
