Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Approach shippers, freight forwarders, and CHAs to schedule appointments for business development.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities while effectively generating sales leads.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients and present the company’s full range of products and services.
• Take responsibility for achieving the monthly sales targets set by management.
• Generate additional business from existing clients through regular sales visits and tele-calls.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth follow-up of shipments.
• Analyze market trends and implement effective strategies to expand business reach.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations/RFQs to customers.
• Submit regular sales and division reports to the reporting manager.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
• Conduct regular team review meetings to monitor and improve performance.
• Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks assigned from time to time.
