Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to handle sales for Zacs Valley Resort & Wellness Retreat and Zacs Realty.
The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through resort room bookings, luxury pool villa reservations, wellness packages and real estate plot sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Convert resort enquiries into confirmed room bookings and package sales.
- Promote luxury villa plots and investment opportunities under Zacs Realty.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, travel agents and referrals.
- Negotiate with customers and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Submit daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for closing deals.
- Knowledge of Tamil and English is essential.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
