Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, managing site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

- MINIMUM years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
