Job Summary:

Didar Honda Motors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the Two-Wheeler Automobile Industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a sales team, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for two-wheeler sales.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom sales and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and support.
• Ensure effective handling of customer inquiries, test rides, and sales conversions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery processes.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the two-wheeler segment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Sales is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the Automobile Industry is essential.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in handling and managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
