We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Head to strengthen our sales team and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property site visits to drive sales conversions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry to successful deal closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure a high conversion ratio.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless customer onboarding and documentation.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and provide updates to the management team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or Property Development industry
