Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in gym, fitness, wellness, or membership sales and possess excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, and outbound calling.
• Convert inquiries into memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and benefits.
• Follow up with prospective members and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate promotional activities and membership campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, and sales activities.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in gym, fitness, wellness, healthcare, or membership sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
