Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Executive to support the daily operations of our garments trading business. The candidate will be responsible for handling orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with garment suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Maintain sales, purchase, and inventory records.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
• Update product listings on e-commerce platforms when required.
• Assist in stock management and inventory tracking.
• Support accounting and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and monthly business reports.
