Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Understand their requirements and recommend suitable gifting and packaging options
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with the production team regarding customer orders
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
  • Handle billing and basic order management when required
  • Stay updated on the company's products and inventory
