Job DescriptionBe Cool Airconn is hiring a Sales & Design Engineer for Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for generating HVAC/VRF sales enquiries, designing HVAC systems, preparing quotations, and coordinating with clients and project teams.

• ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales enquiries for VRF, ductable, cassette, and HVAC systems.
• Meet architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients.
• Prepare HVAC designs, heat load calculations, BOQ, and quotations.
• Create AutoCAD drawings and technical proposals.
• Follow up with customers and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the project execution team for smooth delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC/VRF sales and design.
• Knowledge of VRF, ductable, cassette, AHU, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC load calculation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Chennai location candidates preferred.
