Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with customers, dealers, and the sales team for seamless operations.

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow-ups.

* Schedule vehicle inspections, valuations, and deliveries.

* Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and CRM records.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

* Track enquiries, conversions, pending deals, and customer payments.

* Coordinate with procurement, operations, finance, and logistics teams.

* Ensure timely customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

* Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process compliance.

* Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
