Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, generating sales leads, following up with prospective customers, and providing product information.

The role requires excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and coordination with the sales team to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.KRA: Task / ActivitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. 

Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally. 

Explain products, offers, and ongoing promotions. 

Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups. 

Maintain customer database and update CRM records.

 Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures. 

Follow up on pending enquiries and abandoned orders. 

Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required. 

Achieve daily call and conversion targets. 

Prepare daily call reports and MIS.

KPI: Performance MetricsDaily outbound call target achievement. 

Qualified leads generated. Conversion rate from enquiries to sales. 

Customer satisfaction score. 

Follow-up completion rate. 

CRM data accuracy. 

Daily and monthly sales support targets achieved.
