Achieve monthly sales targets set by Sales Manager / Brand

Walk-in and lead management - call, follow-up, test ride coordination

Vehicle demonstration and product knowledge sharing to customers

Handle customer objections and close sales

Customer Experience

Greet customers, understand requirement - budget, usage, model preference

Explain features, benefits, offers, finance, insurance, accessories

Ensure proper documentation for booking, finance, and delivery

Post-sales follow up for satisfaction and referrals

Operations & Compliance

Maintain showroom hygiene, vehicle display, and demo vehicles

Update DMS/CRM daily - enquiries, bookings, deliveries, follow-ups

Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Accessories team

Ensure 100% KYC and documentation accuracy

Business Growth

Drive exchange, finance penetration, insurance, accessories sales

Generate referrals and corporate tie-ups

Participate in road shows, campus activations, and camps
