Job Description
Job Role
We are looking for energetic, customer-friendly Female Sales Associates to join our Indian Flower retail stores.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
Explain product features, sizes, colours, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Encourage customers to try products and make purchases.
Handle billing and operate the POS system.
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
Fold, arrange, and replenish merchandise on shelves.
Receive and check stock deliveries.
Participate in weekly stock counting activities.
Ensure stock and billing accuracy.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Support store opening and closing activities.
Follow company SOPs and store guidelines.
Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum 12th Pass.
Basic English and local language communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Billing/POS system knowledge preferred.
Basic Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
Previous retail or apparel experience preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
