Relationship Officer

Identify and acquire new customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans and Credit Cards.

Generate leads through field sales, referrals, telecalling, and digital channels.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

Coordinate with the credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
