Job Description

Partner with bank Relationship Officers (ROs) and branch staff to generate leads and identify prospective insurance customers.

Train and educate bank personnel on product features, new product launches, compliance requirements, and market updates.

Jointly meet pre-screened bank clients to explain insurance solutions, pitch relevant plans, and close sales.

Ensure end-to-end policy processing, documentation, and customer onboarding support.

Drive business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and persistent renewal rates.
