Position: Relationship Officer – Sales

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Relationship Officers to join our Two-Wheeler Loans team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and source Two-Wheeler Loan business through assigned dealerships and channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and showroom staff.
• Interact with customers and understand their financing requirements.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion and disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Achieve assigned monthly business and sales targets.
• Conduct regular market and dealer visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong dealer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate (as per applicable hiring criteria)
• Experience in Sales, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Automobile, or Finance is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and target-based roles.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per role requirements.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
