Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers / Portfolio Relationship Managers to join a growing real estate and asset management organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling real estate portfolios, developing builder networks, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and advisory services.
Locations: Openings available across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon & Chennai.
Experience: 1–6 Years
Employment: TypeFull-time
Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage real estate portfolios of individual clients and provide strategic solutions for asset growth and liquidation.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships while continuously expanding the client portfolio.
- Develop and manage strong builder and channel partner networks to drive business opportunities and ensure smooth transactions.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized real estate solutions aligned with their investment and portfolio needs.
- Drive revenue generation and contribute towards the overall growth objectives of the organization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion through field operations and digital platforms.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional relationship management and timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client experience and transaction management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales, relationship management, and revenue targets within defined timelines.
- Drive organizational Vision, Mission, and Values through professional conduct and performance excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sales, relationship management, portfolio management, client acquisition, or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset
- Good understanding of the real estate market and customer requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
Candidates from real estate, property advisory, financial services, banking, wealth management, or asset management industries will be preferred.
