Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers for insurance products.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and claim procedures to clients.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Provide after-sales service including renewals and claim support.
- Follow up with existing clients for policy renewal and cross-selling.
