Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to generate home loan business through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with real estate agents, builders, contractors, and customers to source home loan leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate home loan leads through field visits and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, developers, brokers, and contractors.
• Meet prospective customers and explain home loan products and benefits.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with branch operations and credit teams for smooth loan approval.
• Follow up with customers regularly until loan disbursement.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
• Achieve business targets assigned by the company.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
