Industry: Mortgage NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)

Key Responsibilities:

 Source new home loan customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and

Builder tie-ups

 Achieve monthly disbursement and lead conversion targets

 Monitor and guide DSA/channel partners for quality sourcing

 Train channel partners on product processes and compliance requirements

 Ensure complete documentations as per credit/RBI/NHB norms

 Maintain high standards of integrity and avoid any mis-selling practices

Key Requirements:

 Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (full time) (MBA preferred)

 0-5 years of sales experience in home loans

 Strong knowledge of local market, property documents, income assessment

 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

 Good understanding of credit, risk, and compliance processes
