Job Title: Home Loan Sales Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for generating home loan business by sourcing customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, coordinating with credit teams, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field sales, referrals, builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and open market activities.

Identify potential customers and explain home loan products.

Meet customers and understand their financial requirements.

Collect and verify KYC, income, and property documents.

Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan processing.

Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Ensure compliance with company and banking policies.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline

0–3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, home loans, mortgages, or field sales.

Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Sales and customer handling ability.

Knowledge of home loan products is an advantage.

Field sales experience preferred.
