Role Overview: The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication within the school.


Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the school reception/front desk and greet visitors professionally.

● Handle incoming calls, emails, and parent inquiries.

● Maintain visitor records, student records, and appointment schedules.

● Assist parents with admission inquiries and basic documentation guidance.

● Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and administration.

● Manage courier, mail, and front office documentation.

● Support administrative tasks such as data entry, circular distribution, and filing.

● Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
