Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller – INTERIOR DESIGN, JOINT VENTURE, CONSTRUCTION Company: Adhera Homes Openings: 2 Experience: 1–4 years Qualification: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads for interior design, construction, JV development, and plot layout projects
• Explain project details — location, pricing, plot sizes, JV model — to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and understand client budget, timeline, and requirements
• Schedule and convert calls into site visits and design consultations
• Fix appointments between prospects and the sales/design/legal team
• Maintain daily call logs and update lead tracker / CRM
• Follow up consistently on warm leads until closure
• Achieve daily call targets (50–80 calls) and weekly site visit targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Tamil and English
• Real estate or construction telecalling experience preferred
• Confident and persuasive phone manner
• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
• Basic computer skills — Excel / Google Sheets

• Fixed salary + incentives on site visits and bookings
• Exposure to interior, JV, and plot layout verticals
