Rebar (Bar Bending) & Shuttering Labour

Strivenz Solution Private Limited is hiring rebar (bar bending) and shuttering (formwork carpenter) labour for an ongoing construction project in Chennai. We need hands-on, experienced site workers who can start immediately and work as part of a fast-moving execution team.

Key ResponsibilitiesCutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement steel (rebar) as per structural drawings

• Reading and following bar bending schedules (BBS) accurately
• Erecting, fixing, and dismantling shuttering/formwork (columns, beams, slabs, walls)
• Ensuring correct alignment, level, and support of formwork before concrete pour
• Working closely with site supervisors and engineers to meet daily targets
• Following all site safety protocols and using PPE at all times
• Maintaining tools and materials in proper working condition

Requirements

• Prior experience in rebar fixing or shuttering/carpentry work on construction sites
• Ability to read basic structural/formwork drawings (preferred, not mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions
• Willingness to work in shifts and meet project deadlines
• Team players with good discipline and safety awareness
• Local Chennai candidates or workers willing to relocate to the site

Compensation & BenefitsMonthly salary:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, based on skill level and experience
• Timely monthly payments
• PF will be Provided
• Stay & Food will be provided
