Position: Real Estate Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to contact potential customers, explain property offerings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain property features, pricing, and project details.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information in the CRM/database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good verbal communication(Tamil) and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Previous telesales or real estate experience is an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.(Tamil)
• Customer service orientation.
• Negotiation and convincing ability.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Experience:

1–15 years in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate sales.

Location:ashok nagar head office

Salary: Competitive salary + incentives based on performance.
