Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Kolathur, Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time (Field + Office Work)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for property sales
- Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to clients
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with telecalling and marketing teams for lead flow
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, and sales in CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets
