Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales opportunities, guiding clients through the property buying process, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects, properties, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, site visits, and meetings.
  • Assist customers throughout the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry to booking and documentation.
  • Attend and manage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain customer databases, update CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Candidates must have Two Wheeler.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
