Job Title: QSR Outlet Supervisor / Incharge – Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QSR Outlet Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our food outlet. The role involves handling customers, billing, ensuring food quality and hygiene, managing staff, maintaining stock, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily outlet operations and team members.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage billing and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift performance.
• Maintain stock records and report shortages.
• Ensure opening, closing, and operational checklists are completed.
• Support the team to ensure efficient outlet operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in a QSR, café, bakery, or food outlet.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing and stock management.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 12 hours (Monday–Friday), with weekend cleaning and pest control activities as required.
